Returns - Faulty Goods or Damage in Transit

In the unfortunate case of products being faulty or damaged in transit, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement or a full refund. Goods can be returned by post to:

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice. On receipt we will issue an exchange or refund.

Please see individual product for individual warranty, as most eCigarette products are considered to be disposable. Additionally some products only have a "Dead On Arrival (DOA)" warranty.

Unfortunately in these circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Please contact us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cooling Off Period / Cancellation
You may return a product within 7 days for no reason, as long as the product it is unused, unopened and in the same condition as received.

eLiquid Returns
For health & safety reasons we do NOT accept returns for eLiquids.


Decdeb Limited t/a ezSmoke will take back your WEEE on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis, free of charge at the time of delivery or at any one of our shop in Kinvara. Waste batteries are taken back in store on a one-for-zero basis (i.e. no purchased required) as long as they are of equivalent type to that sold by us. WEEE and waste batteries can also be returned to your local civic amenity site free of charge.
